From archival cataloging and forensic analysis to public education and technical certification, each staff member and contributor plays a vital role in shaping the mission and impact of ISAA Library and ISAA Labs.

Ray Velasco

With 25+ years of experience as a senior operations executive and entrepreneur, I bring strategic leadership to every venture I undertake. I’m a passionate military historian who has lectured at the University of Texas at Arlington and advised historical projects across media. My focus lies in building organizations that preserve history, advance knowledge, and deliver operational excellence.

Thomas Tucker is currently serving in the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant in Security Forces, specializing in Air Base Defense, DV Protection, Nuclear Security and Law Enforcement. When not serving Thomas operates Wasteland Weaponry producing media for the firearms and outdoors industries.
